Construction Project 240200-3 (Map Section 7B) – State Road 46 From Orange Boulevard to Wayside Drive-Oregon Street

This construction project involved 1.3 miles of improvements along State Road (S.R.) 46, including roadway widening, medians, bike lanes, traffic signal upgrades, drainage, streetlights, utilities and other roadway features. A 10-foot-wide sidewalk along the south side of the project corridor is enhancing pedestrian and bicyclist mobility and safety. All six lanes were opened to traffic on July 1, 2022.

Work for landscaping began in February 2023.
