The Florida Department of Transportation's Design-Build team is scheduled to start construction with clearing and grubbing of Sections 4A & 4B on Feb. 18, 2013. Work will commence on the south end near Mount Plymouth Road/County Road 435 and proceed north toward SR 46 near Old MacDonald Road.
