APOPKA _ Planning is underway for the grand opening of the Central Florida Expressway Authority's Section 2 of the Wekiva Parkway. The 5-mile stretch – including the parkway extension from Kelly Park Road to State Road 46 – is scheduled to open to traffic on March 31, 2018.
